It is with sadness that we advise that Ronnie Ray has died following a short illness.
Many of us will have fond memories of his tennis, his drive and his friendliness over many, many years at Fishbourne Tennis Club although we saw less of Ronnie in recent years as his court appearances became infrequent. We have sent a card to his family from all members of the Club.
His funeral will be held at Chichester Crematorium, Westhampnett Road, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 7UH on Tuesday 17th March 2015 at 2pm. There will be a reception afterwards at The Fishbourne Centre, Blackboy Lane, Fishbourne, West Sussex, PO18 8BE from 3pm onwards and all are welcome.
Ronnie’s family have requested that flowers will be from his from immediate family only and any donations will go to Chichester Harbour Conservancy or to a charity of your choice.
