Entry to the Fishbourne Tennis Club Championships 2017 has officially opened, with the publication today of the format, the rules and the timetable. All of the information is being emailed to members and is additionally available on the Championships tab in the top menu, along with a downloadable entry form.
There are some important changes to the tournament this year, including the welcoming of 14 years-plus juniors in all competitions and a separate tournament, Vets65, for men and women of 65 years or more.
Also members will be pleased to know there are no entry fees this year!
The competitions are as follows:
- Men’s singles
- Junior boys’ singles*
- Ladies’ singles
- Men’s doubles
- Ladies’ doubles
- Mixed doubles
- Vets65 mixed doubles
- Other Vets65 events depending on demand

Important dates are:
Deadline for entries: Sunday April 16
First Round matches by Sunday 11 June
Second Round matches by Sunday 9 July
Quarter Final matches by Sunday 30 July
Semi Final matches by Sunday 20 August
FINALS DAY Saturday September 2 (Sunday Sept 3 if wet)
