Many of you may know that Robin Birtley has been unwell with cancer for some time, hence his absence from the tennis courts.  It is with much sadness that we advise that he passed away early on 22 January 2018, peacefully in the Midhurst hospice.

Robin recently asked that we pass on his best wishes to all friends at the Tennis Club and his thanks for the good times that he enjoyed there.  Robin was a long-standing and dedicated member of your Tennis Committee.
