What is an American Tournament? It’s a whole tennis tournament in a morning where men and women play a series of mixed doubles matches, changing partners for each match. It’s great fun, very sociable, and you get to know a whole lot of club members. Each match is five games only and everyone plays five matches.

At the end there’s an overall winner, the person who has won the most games, and prizes too for best man and best woman.
